Sizing
How do I find my top size?
To lock in your ideal fit, measure these key areas:
- Length: From the top of the garment (shoulder or waistband) down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder Width: Measure straight across your back, from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
- Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it flat and level.
- Sleeve Length: Start at the shoulder seam and measure down to the end of the sleeve.

What is the shipping time? When will my order arrive?
- USA / Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 2–6 business days
- Other countries: 10–30 business days
- Remote destinations: 20–30 business days
Shipping rates: US orders
- We offer free shipping on all mainland USA orders.
- For remote locations within the USA, the rate is $25 (for all order amounts), including Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces, and Virgin Islands.

- Please be advised: The recipient is responsible for paying import duties, i.e., custom taxes and/or handling fees. We suggest contacting your local post office regarding import duties.
- We offer free shipping for all worldwide orders.

Do I need to pay for import fees on my order?
- Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
- Refusal to receive an order due to customs/tax charges and/or handling fees is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Cancellations and Changes

- Due to our made-to-order process, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before checkout.

Are returns or exchanges available?
- Due to our made-to-order process, returns or exchanges are not accepted for wrong size, color, or shipping details. Please verify your order details before purchase.

Refunds or exchanges are available if:
- Damaged/Defective Item: Contact us at nolan@toasterbombco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ID, photos/videos, and a description. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement after verification.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Report within 30 days with your order ID and photos. We’ll provide a refund or the correct item.
- Prolonged Non-Delivery: If undelivered due to logistics (with a correct address), contact us within 30 days of the expected date. We may offer a refund, replacement, or compensation per supplier policy.

Not Eligible: No refunds/exchanges if:
- Incorrect shipping info is provided.
- Delivery is refused or customs clearance fails.

Cotton Product Care
- Keep your 100% cotton hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts looking great with these tips:
- Washing: Wash inside out with a neutral detergent at 30°C (90°F) or lower.
- Drying: Air dry in shade—avoid tumble drying to protect the fabric.
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Ironing/Steaming: Avoid to preserve the cotton.
- Soaking: Do not soak to prevent damage.
- Check tags/labels before washing. For best results, use hand washing or consult a professional cleaner for delicate care.
